I’ve always said that I believe full transparency is the best way for government to work, even when it means revealing personal voting records. I just discovered this map (thanks to my Ron Paul supporting friend) which plots donations to presidential candidates. You can search for anyone’s name and discover how much they have donated and to whom. Something feels kinda weird about that, though I’m happy that such records are public. What really bums me out is that my uncle Howard gave $2000 to George Bush. That’s my family for ya!
